I do agree that “mapping” of yesteryears that involved drawing pictures in diagramming tools is not valuable as it does not position the organization to do any kind of analysis on the “information” behind the picture. So capturing the existing “as is” or “current state” process is an important first step in Business Process Modeling. It seems to me that business analysis has to be concerned with what affects the business. Markov random field (MRF) theory provides a basis for modeling contextual constraints in visual processing and interpretation. Signavio, being a recognized leader in business process modeling and documentation, is also focusing on risks and controls. The development of such model plugins and post processing software not only increased the “modelling power” in terms of setup and calibration analysis, but also accelerated the modelling process. In this paper we revisit the enduring discussion on the source of this intermittency, e.g. Whether it requires specific modelling. We first It is a UM discrete cascade process, where at each step if the simulated intensity is below a given level (defined in a scale invariant manner), it only has a predetermined probability to survive and is otherwise set to zero. Development and analysis of a simple model to represent the zero rainfall in a universal multifractal framework. Without this vital information all analysis will be based on assumptions that may not have any empirical value. In one or more of the following fields: bioreactor/bioprocess technology, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, fluid dynamics, process modeling and computational analysis applied to environmental/microbial systems.
